Miller Trailblazer 325 EFI Kohler Engine Welder/Generator with Excel Power (907798002)

Fuel injection and Excel Power join the Trailblazer 325 platform in this build, aimed at crews running jobsite tools off the generator side nearly as often as they weld, where every gallon saved matters over a long week. Where the fuel savings come from Electronic fuel injection meters the air-to-fuel mix across engine speeds and loads instead of relying on a fixed carburetor setting, which stretches runtime on a tank between fill-ups. Excel Power lets the engine idle down while still supplying auxiliary power to tools, rather than holding full RPM just to keep generator output steady — useful on jobs where welding and running a grinder happen back to back without a pause. Arc performance This unit is rated at 325A with a full duty cycle at that output, for mild steel or stainless steel work. A shaped generator rotor combined with onboard filtering keeps output clean enough that jobsite tools should not fight the welding arc for power. Arc selection spans stick, wire-feed, and TIG modes suited to everything from general fabrication to thin stainless. Size and coverage At 460 pounds, this career-welder-rated, heavy-industrial unit is meant to stay mounted on a truck or trailer, backed by 3 years of Miller coverage from the date of sale. Does EFI need a different fuel type? No, it only changes how the engine meters the fuel it already takes.
