500 Pro Kubota Welder/Generator

This Kubota diesel welder/generator delivers 500 amps of DC output and is built for crews who need sustained heavy use: duty cycle is rated 100 percent at 400 amps and 500 amps alike, so the arc does not need to be babied on long runs. Three-phase service unlocks 27,000 peak watts of generator capacity; single-phase tops out at 15,000 watts. Engine and monitoring The diesel meets Tier 4 emissions requirements using a catalyst-based exhaust treatment that needs no separate maintenance of its own. Its electronic display puts battery voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine RPM, run hours, and fuel level on one screen, flagging upcoming oil-change intervals and basic fault codes along the way. Specification and fit checks Processes covered are flux-cored, MIG, stick, and TIG, all DC polarity Rated for heavy industrial and industrial use at a 100 percent duty cycle Shipping weight is 1,800 pounds; confirm your trailer or pad can take that load Career Welder skill level, new condition, 3-year manufacturer's warranty Panel controls follow the same formula used across this diesel lineup, finished in a rust-resistant coat. A polarity-reversing switch is reserved for the deluxe version of this engine package, not this base model. Can I run shop tools off the generator while welding? Yes, single-phase output is rated to 15,000 watts independent of the welding arc. Does this unit have a polarity-reversing switch? No, that feature is limited to the deluxe model in this engine family.
