Miller Trailblazer 302 Kohler Air Pak Welder/Generator (907549001)

Combining a welder, a 13,000-watt generator, a rotary screw air compressor, and a battery charger and jump starter into one engine-driven machine, this Air Pak unit targets repair and construction crews that need all four on the same truck. Why run four tools off one engine One engine running the compressor, welder, and generator together cuts fuel use and emissions compared to hauling separate machines, and the combined footprint takes roughly half the bed space a standalone welder and air compressor would need — Miller states this can open up close to a quarter more payload. The compressor itself is a rotary screw design rather than a reciprocating one, which the maker states runs quieter and lasts longer under continuous use. What it can run Welding ranges run DC stick 25 to 300A, DC TIG 10 to 300A, AC TIG or stick 10 to 225A, and MIG or flux-cored 13 to 35V up to 350A. Air output is rated at 31 CFM across an 80 to 160 psi range at full duty cycle, rated at 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and the charger offers selectable 12V or 24V charging with jump-starting up to 450A. Size and serviceability At 771 pounds, this stays mounted on a vehicle rather than something carried by hand. Side and top access doors reach the engine and compressor bays, and digital meters track service hours on their own rather than needing a logbook. Does a manufacturer's warranty come with it? Yes — ask for its specific terms before ordering, since the listing confirms coverage without stating a length.
