The Torqeedo Travel 1103 CS is the short-shaft counterpart to the CL, a direct-drive 3 hp-equivalent tender and kicker motor on a 25-inch aluminum shaft, with tiller steering and electric start, quiet enough to run at 33 decibels. Build and recent upgrades This generation of the Travel 1103 adds a sturdier aluminum shaft and an upgraded transom mount compared with the previous version, along with roughly 10 percent more power, carried here on the shorter of the two available shaft lengths rather than the long option.
